高度緊湊，本質(zhì)上安全
在ELX終端中，貝克霍夫?qū)⒏叨染o湊的遠程I/O模塊與隔離屏障結(jié)合起來，以便在一個外殼中直接連接本質(zhì)上安全的現(xiàn)場設(shè)備。其結(jié)果是：極窄的EtherCAT終端可直接連接本質(zhì)上安全的傳感器和執(zhí)行機構(gòu)。ELX終端具有高分辨率和高精度，保證了高貝克霍夫測量質(zhì)量，這在潛在的爆炸性大氣中是人們所熟悉的。另一個優(yōu)點來自于終端高度緊湊的設(shè)計：在12毫米的外殼中有多達8個本質(zhì)上安全的輸入。由于沒有中間外部障礙，控制柜的空間需求大大減少，并具有相關(guān)的成本優(yōu)勢。通過對ATEX、IECEx和NEC/CEC的認證，ELX終端符合所有針對行業(yè)的防爆指南，幾乎可以在全球所有市場使用，從而減少用戶對不同供應(yīng)商的依賴。貝克霍夫I/O組合的巨大信號多樣性也支持廣泛的應(yīng)用：每個應(yīng)用程序都有一個合適的I/O模塊。開發(fā)特定于客戶的變體也是可能的，通過完整的產(chǎn)品開發(fā)內(nèi)部。
